Delivery Information
Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, we would advise you place your order before 12pm on the 19th December.
Please note that all carriers are expecting high volumes of parcels in a period of potentially adverse weather and busy road traffic. It is strongly recommended that anything required for delivery prior to Christmas is ordered as early in December as possible, to avoid disappointment.
How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery for all orders over £30; Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of £3.99 for standard delivery and £6.00 for next day delivery. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and rural postcodes. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days from date of dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 days depending upon the location. Please allow a few days extra for us to process your order during peak times such as public holidays, promotional events and during seasonal delivery periods.
For Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm, your items will arrive the following working day subject to the carrier.
Can I specify a delivery time slot?
Unfortunately, we can't select or specify an exact time. To check the status of your order, simply login to your account, or check your shipping confirmation email, to monitor its progress.
Refunds & Returns
For any reason you have changed your mind about any of the Pure Table Top items you have ordered, we are of course more than happy for you to return these back to us free of charge for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return at our warehouse.
