We are currently updating our system from 24th to 27th January.

During this time, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please anticipate an additional delay of 2-3 working days on top of your standard delivery timeframe.

We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery for all orders over £30; Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of £3.99 for standard delivery and £6.00 for next day delivery. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and rural postcodes. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days from date of dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 days depending upon the location. Please allow a few days extra for us to process your order during peak times such as public holidays, promotional events and during seasonal delivery periods.

For Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm, your items will arrive the following working day subject to the carrier.

Can I specify a delivery time slot?

Unfortunately, we can't select or specify an exact time. To check the status of your order, simply login to your account, or check your shipping confirmation email, to monitor its progress.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or with items missing?

We hope everything in your order arrives in perfect condition, but if for any reason good are received damaged we will be happy to assist you. Please retain your damaged product and packaging in case inspection is requested by our carriers.
