Refunds and Returns

For any reason you have changed your mind about any of the Pure Table Top items you have ordered, we are of course more than happy for you to return these back to us free of charge for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return at our warehouse.

To generate your Returns Label, please fill out the contact form below, including your Order Number and Reason for Return. A member of our team will be in touch with a returns label within 2 working days.
